This past weekend, two of our talented apprentices represented LFJ Masonry in the Mid-Atlantic Masonry Skills Challenge!
The Skills Challenge is a competitive event that highlights the best masonry apprentices at different skill levels. Contestants are given a project to build. Without seeing the drawings beforehand or having time to practice, they must complete their projects in 3 hours with only the materials provided—making it a true test of skill and precision.
We’re proud to share that Juan placed 3rd and Daniel took 2nd in the second-year competition! A huge congratulations to both for their hard work and dedication.
We also want to extend our thanks to the Mid-Atlantic Masonry Association for organizing this fantastic event. Their efforts, along with the hands-on training from our experienced bricklayers and foremen, are key to our apprentices' success.

We’ve officially kicked off the transformational expansion of One Loudoun Uptown with an exciting groundbreaking ceremony! In partnership with Kite Realty Group, our team is thrilled to bring new mixed-use development to the One Loudoun community.
This expansion plans to feature luxury apartments, a business hotel, retail & dining options, office space, and family-friendly amenities like a seasonal ice-skating rink.
