Bel Air, MD
L.F. Jennings is a General Contractor bidding on the construction of the new Derby Square Shopping Center in Bel Air, MD. The project sits on the site of the existing Harford Mall. The existing Macy’s will be torn down and replaced with an open-air, 7-building, 93,000 SF shopping center including all new sitework.
Trades bidding include Building Demolition, Earthwork, Wet Utilities, Paving, Site Concrete, Landscaping, Site Lighting, cast-in-place concrete, Masonry, Steel, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, TPO roofing, Caulking, EIFS, hollow metal doors & frames, overhead doors, Storefront and Glazing, LGMF, Drywall, Painting, Dock Equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Electrical. All buildings are cold, dark shells with the exception of Building 100, which includes HVAC systems.
When submitting your proposal, please provide a breakout for each of the seven buildings for accounting purposes only.

L.F. Jennings is bidding the Ashland Square Parcel A project located in Dumfries, VA. This project will be compromised of 4 parts which should all be priced separately-
1) Sitework: 7.4 acres
2) Retail Pad Building: 6,500 sf, warm dark shell
3) Retail Building: 24,300 sf, warm dark shell
4) Publix: 48,300 sf, full fit out
Note, there are different sets of plans for each portion, various owner provided exhibits, and required breakouts for the Publix portion that have been provided.

Project consists of the renovation of over 39,000 sf of space including site work. Scope of work to include, but not be limited to, the following trades. Demolition, shoring/catch decks for existing slab from new opening, concrete, structural steel & misc. metal, millwork, solid surface material, roofing, fireproofing, doors/frames/hardware, glass entrances & film, demountable partitions (dHive), drywall & acoustics, flooring, floor/wall tile, painting & wallcovering, acoustical wall panels, tackboards, toilet accessories, acoustical curtains, signage, appliances, window treatments, elevator, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
Midlothian, VA
The project is a new 2,711 SF ground-up branch of a First National Bank with a drive-thru canopy on a 0.97-acre parcel.
Chantilly, VA
L.F. Jennings is requesting pricing for the 4250 Pleasant Valley Rd Addition project in Chantilly, VA. The project consists of the construction of a 27,881 SF warehouse addition to an existing unlimited building currently used for warehouse and office space.
Trades involved in this project include field engineering, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrication, rough carpentry, roofing, skylights, caulking, doors, overhead doors, storefront, drywall and light gauge framing, painting, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Bids are due by Monday, April 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
Baltimore, MD
L.F. Jennings is bidding the Reservoir Square Retail project in Baltimore, Maryland. The scope includes two buildings, Building A (5,000 SF cold dark shell) and Building B (15,000 SF grocery fit-out), as well as the parking lot, hardscapes, and landscaping. The buildings are two separate sets of plans but will be bid as one project and constructed concurrently. Please break out any grocery fit-out costs from shell building costs.
The scope includes survey, exterior demolition, earthwork, geopiers, erosion control, wet utilities/stormwater management, asphalt paving, striping, retaining walls, fencing, concrete, polished concrete, masonry, structural steel, metals/railings, millwork, countertops, waterproofing, air barrier, caulking, siding, metal panels, roofing, storefront, man doors, overhead doors, LGMF/drywall, flooring, tile, paint, toilet accessories, awnings, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical/dry utilities. The anticipated start date will be July 2026.
MBE and WBE participation with companies registered in the City of Baltimore is encouraged but not required.
RFIs are due by Wednesday, 3/13 at 5:00 PM
