The importance of safety within L.F. Jennings culture cannot be overstated. We nurture this concept in all of our employees and reinforce it to a greater extent with appropriate training regimens and vigilant oversight.
L.F. Jennings is committed to operating incident and injury free on each of our projects. We prescribe to the philosophy that safety is the responsibility of everyone in the organization. While the L.F. Jennings safety program is spearheaded by our Director of Safety, it is flowed down through the safety team, project management, field personnel, and subcontractors. Specific training is required for our project superintendents enabling them to identify potential hazards and address issues as they arise. Our project managers visit projects multiple times each week, and they too are vigilantly managing the site for proper safety protocol. Our executive level including Vice President of Field Operations, Vice President of Trades, and General Superintendent also play active roles in monitoring and educating our team on safety protocol.
