LF Jennings is requesting pricing on our upcoming bid for a Target Remodel – Store T-2436 Richmond East in Richmond, VA. In the link below you will find drawings for interior and MEP work along with the project specification manual.
The project consists of remodeling an existing Target store. The total affected area of work is roughly 109,775 square feet. Construction will have a modified schedule with normal business hours and after hour work.
The following scope needs to be completed between 11pm and 8am: Sales floor work, temporary walls, all demolition, moving of materials throughout the sales floor, drywall, MEP rough-ins, Kydex install, saw cutting & chipping hammers, and shooting track.
The following scope can be completed during normal working hours: Any non-disruptive work behind temporary walls, Starbucks, Guest Services, Fitting Room, and Restrooms.
The scope of work consists of selective demolition, insulated concrete slab work, structural steel for new roof equipment, misc. metals, EIFS, roof repair, caulking, window film, doors, frames, & hardware, glazing, drywall and framing, acoustical ceiling tile, flooring, ceramic tile, polished concrete, paint, wallcoverings, operable partition, toilet compartments & toilet accessories, fire sprinkler, MEP, and fire alarm.
