One Loudoun Buildings S, D-1, & R

The newly completed buildings at the One Loudoun development are  D-1, R & S. Building S is a three-story mixed use office and retail structure, totaling approximately 80,000 SF along Thorndike St (main entrance from Loudoun County Pkwy). Building R is an approximately 10,000 SF single-story retail structure adjacent to building S. Building D-1 is an approximately 4,800 SF single-story retail structure adjacent to the Alamo Theater. All three buildings add to One Loudoun’s chic modern design, combining a mixture of material elements, sidewalk awnings, glass storefronts and other decorative details.
