L. F. Jennings, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Interiors Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience on projects $1 million+ to join our team in Cary, North Carolina.
Qualified candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, project management software, and able to read and interpret construction drawings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, submittal processing, requisition creation, RFI management, RFP/PC management, working closely with team members in all aspects of the construction process, and day-to-day management of construction projects. Management of client, subcontractor and team member relationships as well as project administration for all aspects of the construction process is essential.
