In the heart of National Landing, the Plaza Renovation project has brought a dynamic transformation to public spaces. The initiative included replacing existing hardscapes with stylish pavers, upgrading sidewalks, and installing fancy catenary lighting and custom wood seating throughout. Key upgrades were made at the Crystal City Metro Plaza and bus stop, enhancing the area around the new “National Landing Experience Center” and adding a heated pergola for public use.
The project also introduced a new dog park, made essential grade changes, and added planters and tree pits, creating a green, pedestrian-friendly environment. These improvements enhance community vibrancy, accessibility, and reflect the needs and desires of local residents. Hardscape renovations and exterior amenities in a growing mixed-use commercial development.
