One Loudoun Block G & H

L.F. Jennings is back building at One Loudoun with construction of Vyne. This expansive mixed-use development spans two blocks and includes residential, commercial, retail, structured parking, and amenities.
Vyne is One Loudoun’s first apartment community and consists two buildings. With a design inspired by nature and Virginia’s acclaimed wine country, the one- and two-bedroom apartment community will provide luxury living in the heart of One Loudoun.
Block H consists of a seven story, 279-unit residential building with 15,000 SF of amenity space including stand-alone clubhouse, rooftop terrace, a co-working space, and resident lounges, among other amenities. Block H also includes 21,000 SF of street-level retail and structured parking. Block G consists of a 5 story, 99-unit residential building, structured parking, and a three-story, 51,100 SF speculative office over retail building.
Combined, this new project will deliver roughly 900,000 SF of mixed-use development consisting of 378 residential units, 51,100 SF of office, 21,000 SF of retail, and a combined 1,138 parking spaces spanning two garages serving the office, retail, and residents.
L.F. Jennings has been involved with construction at One Loudoun since 2013, helping to build out the vision of the award-winning downtown district with projects ranging from office buildings, to grocery stores and mixed-use retail, to boutique fitness center, and interiors.
The Block G & H project is a partnership between Kettler and RPAI. Residential, garage, and retail designed by Dwell Design Studio, speculative office building designed by BCT Architects. The development is expected to deliver in 2022.
