FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
We’re excited to showcase our latest work in Arlington, VA, where we had the privilege of transforming three incredible dining spots—Mezeh, Subway, and New Yorker Grill—into dynamic, functional spaces that blend innovation with style.
-
-
- Mezeh (3,000 SF): A complete interior fit-out that included a brand new kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and service corridor. We upgraded plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to meet both aesthetic and operational needs, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience.
- Subway (1,500 SF): Designed and built a fully optimized space for Subway, complete with upgraded kitchen plumbing, equipment, and a dedicated prep room, all designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- New Yorker Grill (800 SF): Renovated the space to include new kitchen plumbing, equipment, and a prep area to enhance workflow and customer service. The revamped space is built for better functionality, ensuring a smooth experience from kitchen to counter.

Proud of the work we’ve done in Crystal City—bringing creativity, functionality, and seamless design to life.
