FEATURED PROJECTS
Final inspections are complete, and the punch list is nearly wrapped up for the Lincoln International project. This 4,000 SF partial floor tenant improvement on the 10th floor included selective demolition and a full build-out, featuring architectural upgrades and MEPFP systems.
A successful project is made possible by strong collaboration. Thank you to Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (Property Manager), Thalhimer (Construction Manager), ONeil Engineering Services, Inc. (MEP Engineer), and Perkins Eastman (Architect) for their contributions in delivering this project on schedule. We look forward to seeing the finished space in action.

This historic transformation—formerly the Mutual Assurance Society Building, constructed in 1904—has been reimagined into a stunning 168-unit residential property that seamlessly blends the charm of the past with modern luxury. Originally a nine-story building, it now stands at 12 stories, following the addition of three floors in 1912. When including the rooftop amenity space, basement, and subbasement, the building technically spans 14 stories. Residents now enjoy exceptional amenities such as a rooftop clubhouse, a golf simulator, fitness spaces, and more!
