L.F. Jennings Corporate Interiors Division continues to grow and flourish. Since being established in 2010, the division has been responsible for over 400 interior fit outs, upgrades, and repositionings. Now with its own suite in the L.F. Jennings building and a growing presence in the Richmond market, the Corporate Interiors Division is growing their well-earned reputation for excellence and client service.
Recently, the department has been awarded and started construction on marquee projects like KaiserDillon law firm (designed by Powers Brown Architecture), GSA National (for Cushman & Wakefield, designed by FOX Architects), 750 17th Street Amenities (for Jones Lang LaSalle, designed by WDG Interiors), and The Community Foundation (for CBRE|Richmond, designed by Wendel/Evolve Architects).
Recent completed projects include the ITOCHU tenant fit out in Washington DC (for Kramer Consulting, designed by BBGM Architects), Loudoun County Gateway Amenities and LISCR Tenant (for LISCR, designed by Hughes Group Architects), WaveOffice at 1615 L Street, NW (for Carr Properties, designed by Gensler), and ICF International (for Jones Lang LaSalle Richmond, designed by Tait Saunders Mulvanny).
In conjunction with projects in progress, the L.F. Jennings Corporate Interiors division has delivered over 3,500,000 SF of interior construction and continues to turn over award winning projects for our design partners and Clients.
