L.F. Jennings Central Virginia Office started the new year with a host of corporate interior projects in various stages of construction.
Colliers International moved into their new office space at Holland Tower last month. Designed by Hummel Associates the new 27,000 SF offices consolidates Colliers’ 134 employees on one floor and will have the flexibility to accommodate the corporation’s rapid growth.
Renovations and upgrades to Navy Federal Credit Union at North Richmond branch is wrapping up making it L.F. Jennings’ seventh effort on behalf of Navy Federal and the first in the Richmond area.
Additional tenant projects in downtown Richmond include:
- New offices for the law firm of Isler Dare in the Bank of America Building for Colliers International. Designed by Baskervill, the project completed in December.
- New offices for Matrix in Gateway Plaza for JLL. The 6,100 SF space was designed by Wendel and wraps up in February.
- New multi-floor offices for the law firm of Christian and Barton for JLL at The James Center. The 28,000 SF space is designed by Wendel and will complete this spring.
In addition to these projects, the Central Virginia Office is also continuing to work on exciting tenant and renovation projects at the Sauer Center, like Sauer Properties new 1,500 SF offices designed by ENV.
