The St. James

This massive indoor sports and recreation complex is intended to fill the gap in the sports industry of the Washington, DC metro area for professional training facilities as well as a comprehensive sports and recreation destination for families and wellness enthusiasts.
The project includes two NHL regulation size hockey rinks, Olympic regulation size pool, FIFA regulations size soccer pitch, four full size basketball courts that can convert to 9 volley ball courts, six batting cages that can convert to multipurpose training venues, eight squash courts, seven golf simulators, gymnastics training center with competition grade sprung floor and deep foam training pits, floor rods, and in ground trampolines, spa facilities with cryotherapy chamber, 50,000 SF health club with cardio, strength training, yoga , spin and group classrooms, health and sports medicine center, 20,000 SF of obstacle courses, zip lines, climbing structures, virtual reality gaming room, trampoline zones, and party rooms, an indoor water park with 6,000 SF of slides and water games, a full service restaurant, and a boutique.
