The Scope of Work will consist of the demolition and build-out of a new 12,063 SF conference center on the 2nd floor of an American National Red Cross facility, located at 431 18th Street NW, Washington, DC 20006, (the “Project”) in accordance with the Plans and Specifications (the “Contract Documents”) issued by the Architect of record, JP Architecture & Design.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition and build-out of a new 12,063 SF conference center on the 2nd floor of its 18th Street building near the White House. The site is on Federal land and therefore will involve 3rd party plan reviewers and 3rd party construction inspectors. The project
will consist of four new conference rooms, two butleries, pre-function spaces, two additional restrooms, storage and various display areas for historic and mission related items. The project will include A/V and Video Displays provided by owner and coordinated by the General Contractor.
The conference center is intended to be a showcase for the Red Cross.
