Proposed renovations to two-story Barnes and Noble in Arlington, VA. Scope of work includes demolition of existing facade and interiors, site modifications, slab on grade, masonry, structural steel/misc. metals, waterproofing, EIFS, metal panels, roofing, caulking, DFH, overhead doors, glazing, LGMF/drywall, painting, sprinkler and MEP systems. Space to be delivered in shell condition. Construction to start June 2025. Space will be vacated prior to construction.

We will be managing the renovation and expansion of the Pinewild Country Club in Pinehurst, NC. The scope is a complete gut and rebuild of the 8,900 SF Clubhouse, an expansion of 15,000 SF, and a new 8,900 SF Fitness Center. The electrical scope includes new service, all new lighting, all new equipment, and all new finishes. Work is scheduled to begin June 2025.

The Target Culpeper (T-2250) project is a remodel of an existing Target. The project will consist of minor demolition and repair/replacement of finishes. The existing occupancy, use, life safety, and egress are not impacted by the completed work.
Any existing fire sprinklers & MEP work affected by new construction will be adjusted to meet requirements.
Construction will take place during normal business hours behind temporary partitions. Any work done on the sales floor will need to be done during off hours/at night.
Unit labor rates are required to be provided. A template for unit pricing has been uploaded to the plan room on SmartBid. Please fill out this template and return with your bid.

L.F. Jennings is bidding the Ashland Square Parcel A, B, and C project located in Manassas, VA. Prices are due no later than Monday, February 3rd. The project description and breakdown is as follows:
Parcel A ( BUDGET)– 14 acre site development project including mass grading, utilities, retaining walls, hardscapes, landscaping, and pad site certification. Building construction of a 51,000 square foot grocery store, 26,000 in-line retail shell, and a 7,000 square foot pad site.
Parcel B (BID)– 4.5 acre site development project including mass grading, utilities, retaining walls, hardscapes, landscaping, and pad site certification
Parcel C (BID ALTERNATE)– 1.20 acres of pad site preparation including clearing, grading, and vegetative stabilization.
Please note, we are looking for the Parcel A, B and C pricing separately as requested by the owner.
