L.F. Jennings is pleased to continue its partnership with JBG Investment Fund IX, L.L.C., Willard Retail, and MV+A Architects at the Tysons West development.
Tysons West is a 16-acre site that was the home to a garage facility and two car dealerships. Conveniently located near the Spring Hill Metro station, the transformation of the Tysons West location from under-utilized suburban development into a vibrant mixed-use location began with the Tysons West Promenade project completed by L.F. Jennings in 2013.
Tysons West Phase III builds on the success of the Walmart and 24 Hour Fitness anchored Tysons West Phase I and provides an interim development of in-line retail buildings organized around surface parking. These retail buildings will provide dining and service retail options that take advantage of the vehicular hub nature of the location as well as the proximity to the metro station, local residents, and nearby offices.
The four, single story buildings provide a combined 22,800 SF of retail convenient to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic and maximize site use until future phases of development are ready to proceed.
Construction on Phase III started in July 2018 and will complete in the Spring of 2019.
